Genesis Outsourcing are recruiting for a number of Packing Line Technicians for their reputable client in Redditch on a permanent basis.

    Our client prides themselves on:

Our client has built their business on integrity. They stand for theirr beliefs. They do the right thing. They respect the environment and communities they work with and within. They are open, transparent and straightforward in their business dealings – and they’re not afraid to tell people things they don’t want to hear, if they believe it’s the right thing to do.

They love what they do and what they produce. They care about the product they deliver, the service they provide, and the industry they work in. They are enthusiastic about new challenges, enjoy finding solutions to problems and embody an enterprising, ‘can do’ spirit.

They’re a fluid and flexible business. Everyone on site is an active part of their success. They like to grow their own people and opportunity is only limited by people’s ambitions. Their business succeeds best when they’re closely aligned with their customers. Relationships matter to them and are built on mutual understanding and trust.

They are leaders in seafood and the ‘go-to’ business for warm water prawns. They have long and deep experience in the seafood industry and they’re a business built on innovation. Their control and ownership of the integrated supply chain and their origins in aquaculture ensure quality in everything they do. They work at every stage throughout the supply chain to ensure their practices are ethical, responsible and of the highest standard.
